So this guy retraces the steps of that Ukrainian woman who was knifed to death by a nog in Charlotte, NC

But he cannot believe that the Ukrainian woman walked 2 miles to the train station -- as though that's an impossible or incredibly undesirable task. So he promotes the theory that she must have used a rental scooter/bike
