He barely plays any of the games outside of a bit of low rank. Anyone who's played classic Monster Hunter knows how retarded that is. He then acts as if he can judge the entire game after playing some low rank. His statement about 3 was especially pathetic. "The underwater combat is just watered down monster hunter combat"
No, it's different than regular monster hunter combat. The dynamic is much different since you're able to move in so much more directions due to swimming. You're also slower which means you have to be more strategic with your openings. He tries to say wire bugs from rise are a superior gimmick. How? Being able to cheap out of being punished by the game is somehow superior? Rise has far worse gimmicks like those forced monster fights, having to collect the silk birds for full health, and the mount. It's laughable he acts as if underwater combat which genuinely added meaningful gameplay variety is somehow worse. There's barely any underwater fights in 3 anyway.
He then goes on to discuss 4 and it's so obvious that he's such a lazy shekel sucker that he can't even bother getting past low rank. He starts meandering about the plot in low rank and how much content the game has before making a joke about the insect glaive and moving on.
Imagine being this lazy. He really had a to get it out in time for wilds huh?
