Since being lean is apparently not doing it for me, I'm going to gymcel. It's my last option. I never tried it/took it seriously before but I want to try my best to get jacked so that I can get PUSSY! I NEED PUSSY! I'm tired of always feeling like the inferior male in the room, so I need to gymcel while I'm still young however I do not know how to attain much muscle. Manlet but it gets a pass because south america. When I first started gymcelling I went with the regular PPL (Push Pull Legs) regime, which is

Monday: Push (Chest and Triceps)
Tuesday: Pull (Back, Bicep, and Forearms)
Wednesday: Legs (Hamstring, Glutes, Quads, Calves)

Repeat and take 1 or 2 rest day weekly depending on whether or not you wanna skip a leg day.

Honestly, don't expect anything crazy from natty gymcelling, you're probbaly gonna look DYEL in clothes regardless.

Honestly this routine is pretty mediocre since ideally you'd want to be going to turbofailure on 1 muscle group per day but since you're a newbie it's better you start off with this

Honestly I’d avoid squats and deadlifts. 99% of the time you’re gonna do them with shit form and end up ruining your spine due to your shit genetics. Meanwhile chad can do rounded back dead lifts with 600 lbs every day with no problem thanks to his god tier genetics.
