chicken breast daily

Ground Turkey/beef too sometimes here and there but chicken is the easiest

2 servings of 30 G protein power mixed with water

4 eggs

little bit of fruits

I’ll have a packet of tuna every few days, insane macros 70 cal 17 g protein

I take ashwagandha, tongkat ali, fadogia, multivitamin, fish oil supplements

creatine

Beta Alanine rn but will stop soon once I’m out cause u don’t need to take it Continuously

rice/bread/tortilla, nice carbs

I’ll have some other random shit too sometimes ofc
 
When I bulk up again I’ll go hard still of course but I’m gonna be more calculated with the shit I eat cause I don’t want extra unnecessary fat that I could easily avoid
 
I’m also gonna be adding in daily cardio as well. This is something I avoided last bulk but I’m more knowledgeable on this shit now so ik it’s a Great thing to add

I already eat 4,000 calories a day. That’s literally maintenance level for my body weight somehow thanks to my fast metabolism and intestinal issues. I have been eating this amount for over 2 years, and it brought my from 135 2 years ago to 155 in a year. It’s stayed the same weight for a year now, and there is no way I can eat more than this

Honestly dude the thing is you will have to eat more if you still wanna gain weight unfortunately

Do you carefully track your food with a scale and covert the servings for the nutritional value?

If not you definitely should, it’s like as bad as not working out and saying you don’t see gains lol

I eat mostly fast food. Tons of calories, and not possible to eat more. I’m not gonna make myself physically ill every day just to be a bit bigger. I’d rather stay my current weight and not be force feeding myself. This is why the people who have slow metabolisms and gain weight easily don’t realize how good they have it

I’ve cleaned up A LOT rn wigh the cut and this upcoming bulk will be far healthier. I’m not planning to go on some insane 700 calorie surplus with no cardio Type shit

Well I was pretty skinny when I started so I jumped into a massive surplus.
Gained a good amount of muscle I’d say but excessive fat too, which I’ve shaved a lot off ofc.

Honestly I’d say I was 3500 cal maybe


My split was chest + back, arms, legs, rest, repeat. I’m thinking of going back on it for this bulk cause I got Great results. For cut I did PPL-PPL-forearms,traps,rear delts

Didn’t really have a rest day as I felt as though it wasn’t necessary, I had almost daily cardio too on and off

At least you were able to get big eating a somewhat normal amount of food. My body just isn’t made to get really muscular, and there is nothing I can do about it. I still look alright though and have that lean and slightly muscular look, but I wish I could gain more. Unfortunately, I lost the muscle genetic lottery

My face genetics are ass but I think my muscle building genetics are decent ngl. I’ve had guys ask me if I was on roids cause of the time frame of progress and had a guy say I should acc compete cause my genetics are good

Having good muscle genetics will make other men respect you at least. I hate being kinda skinny, but there is nothing more I can do about it. I already gain 20 pounds of muscle though from my baseline, so that is good. Unfortunately, my crappy muscle building genetics are maxed out at 155. Only way to gain more would be to take steroids, which I’m not gonna do

Yep. Muscles don’t mean a damn thing to foids. At least you get respected more by other men though. I get treated with far more respect at 155 pounds than I did at 135 pounds

Yep. Face>any other physical trait for the most part. Only thing comparable in importance to face is NTness. Being a sperg really hurts your chances of getting anywhere unless you are insanely good looking
