I’d definitely cut if I were uNice work, looks really great for 6 months. I've been lifting pretty consistently for years now and I don't think I've ever had that kind of progress in that kind of time frame.
I promised to share as well, these are not progress pics as I would have to sift through an old hard drive to get the older pics but this is what I look like now. Been bulking without eating clean and I now look like a fridge but hey that's genetics for you.

I already eat 4,000 calories a day. That’s literally maintenance level for my body weight somehow thanks to my fast metabolism and intestinal issues. I have been eating this amount for over 2 years, and it brought my from 135 2 years ago to 155 in a year. It’s stayed the same weight for a year now, and there is no way I can eat more than thisDude just eat a shit ton trust

I remember last year when I started bulking up for the first time I was hounding down fast food and my diet in general was pretty unhealthy ngl.
I’ve cleaned up A LOT rn wigh the cut and this upcoming bulk will be far healthier. I’m not planning to go on some insane 700 calorie surplus with no cardio Type shit

My split was chest + back, arms, legs, rest, repeat. I’m thinking of going back on it for this bulk cause I got Great results. For cut I did PPL-PPL-forearms,traps,rear delts
Didn’t really have a rest day as I felt as though it wasn’t necessary, I had almost daily cardio too on and off

I already gain 20 pounds of muscle though from my baseline, so that is good. Unfortunately, my crappy muscle building genetics are maxed out at 155.
