I basically create fake accounts and anonymously send harassing messages to them. Sometimes go into really grotesque sexual fantasies. In some cases if you really wanna rattle them, you can talk about info you know about them - where they live, their school, friends, family, etc.; I've had people pull similar shit on me when threatening me (and cops are worse than useless in that situation if you're concerned about that, I would know).

*If you're gonna cross lines into threats or anything blatantly illegal, take precautions. For legal reasons I'm not suggesting that.
