It's just how American politics are set up.

Those that support bans on abortion and traditional marriage will also tend to support the idea that men be providers and protectors for women in every way NO MATTER WHAT. Yes that includes when women are lgbt feminists. It changes nothing to them, because to them a man's duty is to always put himself in harms way to support women, who "give birth to our children" and are "earthly vessels" (cue Madison Cawthorne.)

Someone that supports an abortion ban isn't going to support prostitution. Someone that supports enforced monogamy isn't going to be in support of any copes like sex dolls or sexbots.

You'd need a blackpill or incel party platform. None of the current parties match that.

It's all give and take to support tradeoffs and "fairness" (only where women are concerned of course.)

So if you want to vote for those that ban abortion and encourage monogamy, you better be prepared for them to demand that you directly provide your body as a shield for women and children that aren't even related to you in the event of war and famine. If you think the tradeoff is worth it, I'm not stopping you, but know what you are getting yourself into
