Hinrigh Biganduffno is an underboss of a large mafia faction. He got introduced in the latest chapters. His nen type is conjurer (like me) and his nen ability is called Biohazard. It lets him turn things into animals, whilst keeping the original use of the item.
He turns a camera into a living cat that can record. He also turned two soldier's guns into snakes that shot them in the head.
Hinrigh is also level headed, observant, and fearless. He told "Hisoka" to his face that the Phantom Troupe would most likely kill him.
My favorite part is when he teamed up with Nobunaga and dived straight into a den of serial killers known as the Hei-Ly family. And he can throw knives.
