I think the emergence and eradication of Earth was the right choice. Humankind is garbage and if they're was a snap/blip or a celestial event, we've had it coming for years. And honestly welcome it 100%.

I didn't watch the movie but I agree, humans are greedy, evil and corrupt beyond redemption and they should cease to exist.
