It's a one-off thing. I still woke up hungry, ate, went to the gym to strength train and got very hungry after that.

Wouldn't say so, but I could definitely drop a lot of body fat. I do strength training and don't think I look "fat", more like a good amount of extra stored energy with some muscle.

Yes, the cheese combined with crackers was very nice. The cheese was sometimes tasty even on its own, despite being cheap. I ran out of crackers and was eating into the block straight up. The wine was tasty on its own and with the cheese, despite being inexpensive. The second bottle was slightly more expensive and I had to open a cork rather than just twist, I believe I prefer the first one more.

Anyway, I can't be consuming these many calories often or I will add fatcel on top of everything else. Alcohol also fucks up progress in the gym and has numerous other negative side effects, but maybe it's still worth it for me personally on occasion, I'm not sure. Wouldn't recommend anyone else drink or eat large amounts of saturated fat, though, if they want to avoid diseases and shit. Guess I'm balancing the psychological temporary benefits with the health costs. Best alternative to this sort of thing I believe is meditation, especially if one does not socialize.
