What's hilarious is I couldn't even get a (required) practicum at my own university. The hole in charge interviewed me and then blew me off. I wrote a letter to the internship coordinator and he waived the requirement (which did me no good, as the internship/practicum would be the only thing that might be of any use whatsoever in finding a job).
