I often hear the advice of
"just focus on your career and save up for surgery!"
As if either of those things is something that's accessible for the average man. Much less a below average male like myself. I have an IQ of 102. Realistically speaking, I cannot compete in any already oversaturated career field that's profitable.
Saving money up without having a good job is going to take much longer.
Let's say I pursue a career. I spend 6 or 7 years getting a degree and going to college and university. God, forbid I spend ten years.
The period of your life where self improvement like this is actually meaningful is incredibly slim. The window of opportunity is very narrow. Looksmaxxing is most important in your twenties. Once you're in your thirties, your looks will naturally start to erode and you'll be put into a situation similar to taping water leaks.
The truth is, if you looksmax, you're most likely not going to be able to afford making yourself attractive unless you have a ridiculous amount of disposable income. So it'd cost even beyond let's say a 100k per year job to become attractive via surgery in a timely manner.
The most you can hope for is becoming average, and there's only so much being average can do romantically. Especially if you're scarred from years of being subhuman. If you're part 30 and look average in such a state it's over.
