I don't see a way to manipulate someone into thinking you're good looking and when you're ugly/low-value your claims can get dismissed automatically so manipulation is very hard, if not impossible, except if surgery counts as manipulation. Imagine some 2/10 truecel, do you really think he can manipulate a woman? He wouldn't even be seen as human. When females call men manipulative, they are just jumping through a mental hoop to find a way to make their behavior be the mans fault, as in "I'm not a slut, he manipulated me, it's his fault".
