Been passing out at random times. Been feeling sicker. Am on the toilet constantly.

At the point I'm scared I have cancer although the doc said that's incredibly unlikely

Passing out seems like a serious symptom OP. How long has this been occuring? What frequency and how long do you pass out for? Do you have any underlying medical issues in your history that could cause this? What was the doctor's diagnosis?

Not like total conciousness loss. Just getting incredibly tired and falling asleep. At random hours.
