The only way to really prevent rape from happening or make it happen less often is inject some drug into every food that lowers man testosterone, so he wont feel the need to rape, or if women really dont want to be raped just carry a knife or gun (or any tool that's powerful), take some training classes or whatever if u need it and ur set.
