If we use percentages and correlate that with their respective populations. Jews accounts for more inventions and scientific researchs as compared to whites. Using percentage or inventions per capita is a correct way to measure. That's why we measure Gdp per capita to see how economicaly successful a country is. Even though India has 3 times the total Gdp of Netherlands, but Netherlands Gdp per capita is more than India. Measuring inventions per capita or using percentages is a correct way of measurement. By that correct measurement Jews account for more inventions and scientific discoveries.
We should also consider that Jewish is an ethnicity not a religion, there are many Christian Jews, atheist Jews, etc, but nobody can become Jewish if not born one, Judaism is a religion that anyone can convert to but no one can become Jewish
