Hating on trannies is much like hating on Muslims; it is socially stigmatized yet permitted at the same time because these are both protected classes and enemies of the system. So the system seeks to create a "balance of forces" concerning them, or a false dialectic of debate.
Because Muslims are adversarial to Zionism, the power structure wants to allow for some hatred of them on the right-wing in order to create a blank check for more wars in the Middle East, yet it does not want to encourage the goyim to become bigoted, of course, so it ensures that there are people on the left-wing who are humanitarian and conveniently advocate for Muslim refugees.
Trannies are low-status males who castrate themselves and hack their way into female social privileges, which is at once brave but problematic. While the system is elated at low-status males sacrificing their masculinity to the matrix, it also wants to guarantee the integrity of gynocentrism and not have soyciety overrun by landboys who pretend to be holes in order to elude their obligations to betabuxx ugly women (by becoming ugly women themselves). So it allows for a right-wing critique of trannies based on the supposed need for men to "man up" and embrace their hollow "gender role," and a feminist critique of trannies which similarly stresses biological female essentialism without the substance, while taking care not to delegitimize trannies themselves.
It is relevant to mention that both Islam and trannsexualism are quite literally Jewish creations, the Prophet Muhammad having learned of Abrahmaic theology from Jews living in the Arabian Peninsula and (((Magnus Hirschfeld))) pioneering transsexual studies in Weimar Germany. So much like the Jews have a historical love-hate relationship with Muslims, it stands to reason that the same is true for trannies and there is a similar level of nuance here.
