Think about all of the unlikely events and the perfect timing of it all that had to come together for him. Let's say Jeremy Meeks had the exact same looks but was born 20 years earlier and was arrested 20 years earlier. So instead of being arrested in 2013, he was arrested in 1993 and was 30 in 1993 rather than 2013. With the exact same looks. 1993 was pre-internet so his mugshot would've been taken and only ever seen by the cops who took it. Jeremy Meeks would have just had a normal life. Probably would be wage slaving now and the age pill would have struck him as he'd be well into his 50s.

He's not the first good looking criminal to be arrested and have a mugshot taken, but he was the first to have it go viral and blow up like it did. And that's one of those events that can only happen once. So even if a Meeks equivalent got arrested today and his mugshot got put online, it just wouldn't be the same and I doubt that it would have the same effects that Jeremy Meeks did. The odds of what happened to him would probably akin to the odds of winning the lottery.
