no, the problem is definitely feminism and that women now have a complete monopoly over the dating market and soon the job market.

If you had literally unlimited dating options as an ugly male you would also choose the hottest girl you could get.

Things were harsher back then for an incel than they are now. You were expected to live up to the macho stereotype, if you didn't you got branded as queer and would be ostricized from society. I would say that the 40s and 50s was Chad's golden age. There was this bellicose vibe sweeping America, and other countries were following suit. You had to be strong, tall and handsome, it was the era of optimism and there was no room for uglies ( minorities were persecuted the most back then). At least nowadays, we have this community, video games, and so many other forms of entertainment. Imagine being a wimpy man in the 40s, rejected by everyone and without any support group. That is not true at all, in that time there was no fast internet/ addictive video games /anime so every boy out there had to go outside and play unless he had a physical illness therefor the amount of "queers" were almost none-existent.
Also the feminism wasn't as nearly as strong as it is now that it has become worse than cancer.
