It has NOTHING to do with purity, they used religion as a excuse to prohibit escortcelling at the same time they promoted degeneracy and sexual liberty of women. JFL, they took the "Christian Feminism" oxymoron quite literally: man having sex bad, women having sex good. Also by eugenics I'm pretty sure they mean "I'm entitled to have Chad's baby".

Although, 10 years old is a bit young, it is biologically proven that past 14 the girl is fully sexually developed. And such thing is recognized in many countries, like were I live.
