They managed to turn a PS2 game into a PS3 game with redesigned interiors, high res textures, models, more modern effects like dynamic lights, particles and also vulkan api. Pretty good remaster so far even ai got better and there are less bugs.

It looks amazing, and honestly it's a surprise that they managed to get the license to such an old game with a movie tied to it. Those sorts of licenses are usually a PITA to get. I am a massive consoomer for Nightdive remasters so I'm definitely gonna get this one during the Winter Sale.
I hope they will do the remasters of Suffering, GUN (xb360 port to other platforms but with new additions and enhancements), 007 Nightfire (PS2 ver since PC was trash), NOLF 2 (it sucks when compared to the OG absolutely unplayable slop), Far Cry 1 and maybe Evil Dead games next. They definitely know what they are doing
