Sometimes when wageslaving I don't have nothing to do and instead of wasting time seeing ragebait on social media I tried to see if there were any good simple mobile games like arkanoid, guessing words, etc. And there are but they have so many ads they become unplayable ffs.

No kidding they have 30 or more second unskippable ads (mainly Temu, Aliexpress and other clickbait mobile games) and even when the ads end and you press on the X button they take you to the playstore to download their shit When the fuck did it become like this? I remember not so long ago playing games like 8 ball pool or pinball and there were only ads if you wanted free premium currency or cosmetics.

It must be gigasuifuel for poor kids who can't afford a second hand console or PC and their only gaming option is their mobile.

Yeah i remember them not having ads like 7-8 years ago. But now they are full of them. Never play singleplayer mobile games with internet on. I just hate ads in general. STOP TRYING TO MIND CONTROL ME JOOS. I feel the only way to not be affected by ads is to never see them. They are successful if they have caught your eye.

There are some great emulators for Android, and if you get a cheap Bluetooth controller that fits over your phone, you have a pretty good mobile gaming console akin to a Nintendo DS or Switch.

I don't care about the usual gacha or specific "mobile" games when I can play SNES and Nintendo Switch games on my emulators with my phone and controller setup.

I think gacha games usually don’t have ads, but they raise a bunch of other issues with mobile gaming if they’re not your thing. But yeah, most games have so many ads that you are watching an ad for a significant percentage of time while “playing the game.”

Mobile gaming is aids, I stopped it years ago. Every game has 10 pop ups within 30 seconds asking you to swipe your credit card. And some games make hundreds of servers so some low iqs can feel some sense of accomplishment from being a top 5 player in server 324 on which maybe 100 people play on.

Here are some red flags when it comes to mobile gaming: (to me atleast)
Alot of servers (especially if there's already 10+ servers after launch)
Double rewards for watching ads
Speed up gameplay for buying a pass
Temporary boosts for watching ads
All of these are in 99.99% of mobile game nowadays so I can't be bothered

Only good mobile games are emulator or paid games like Minecraft,dead cells that's it
