It's all here now and currently undergoing maturity, once optimized these technologies will allow us to no longer need nor want the company of a plain human women. I myself plan on augmenting my primitive biological vessel until I'm something much more then a mere man, all this is based off reality btw. But it's my belief that memories can be altered, created or outright deleted. We just have to more closely adapt our technological capabilities into our own biology, that is the key.

It ofcourse depends on your current age, I myself being currently 25yo expect to be able to ride out whatever advancements come around until the inevitable final solution of physical immortality at least when it comes to the process of aging.
