I won't be dressed like a bum or an ignorant western tourist but instead respectably with a collared shirt

That is yet another key to the secret to Japanese women.

The shirt must be fitted with tight jeans/pants to match of course and the boots from part 1.

This is something we can agree on at least. You do get people wearing t-shirts in Japan, but they usually have an open buttoned shirt over the top of them, which is a look I've gone for myself in the past. The only people who wear t-shirts by themselves in Japan are wannabe gangsters/yankii and foreigners.

Yeah I wear that look regularly.

Usually with weeb graphic tees but when I'm in Japan only solid color t-shirts under my button down.

You are talking about white collar wageslaves. They go to workplace with a formal attire. But most japanese college kids dress like western normies.
