Anybody here watch Bokusatsu Tenshi Dokuro-Chan, well its the entire basis of this madness, years ago I watched this anime and I instantly like the main character because of his story (I'm a lolicon btw, that will become relevant as we go on)

Plot - "Bokusatsu Tenshi Dokuro-chan tells the story of 13-year-old junior high schooler Sakura Kusakabe, who twenty years in the future develops a technology that causes all women to stop physically aging after they reach twelve years old in an attempt to create a "Pedophile's World". However, this act accidentally creates immortality amongst humans, thus offending God. Dokuro Mitsukai, a member of an order of assassin angels that are called Rurutie, has been sent from the future to kill him. Believing that Sakura can be redeemed, Dokuro decides instead to keep Sakura so occupied and distracted that he can never develop the immortality technology."
When I watched this anime I was like "holy shit, this would be a dream come true if someone made this a reality", I actually started doing research on this to see if it was possible, and its actually a lot more possible than you'd think, not the immortality part, the women being loli's and stop physically aging part. I found out there's this chromosomal condition that specifically only affects women that makes them shorter, appear younger, age slower, and makes them infertile (negative trait I'd want removed). If possible I would find a way to spread this chromosomal disorder on a large scale, but genetically engineer it so that it produces only the desired traits and not he fucked up looking genetic mutations you see in some women with this conidition, some of them end up being literal "legal lolis" and are attractive, they are of a "legal age" to engage in sexual activity but they have the body of a young teen.
This shit would be fucking perfect, in my head I named the plan after the main character of the anime (Sakura Kusakabe) - "The Sakura Initiative", I'd gather other like minded rich patrons who were willing to do something this fucked up and we'd come together, pool our time and resources and bring it into fruition. It would be a huge fuck you to normies and society in general, because they think of being a lolicon as degeneracy, now imagine those same individuals having to wake up and just accept the reality that their children or childrens children are going to have to take part in said degeneracy, their sons would grow up to be naturally aroused by women with "undeveloped bodies", sex scenes in movies would change to suit and you'd basically be watching child porn lol. It would be like mind fucking reality to make something like this happen.
Also in this world the application of the age of consent laws would actually make sense

If I fuck a 25 year old female who looks (physically) like a 15 year old female (I actually know a legal loli woman like this, nice ass too) it would be completely legal, but if I fucked a 15 year old female who looks (physically) like a 25 year old I'd get arrested. Now in a world where ALL WOMEN HAVE THE SAME BODY TYPE AND PHYSICAL DEVELOPMENT the logic will ALWAYS BE CONSISTENT, because NOW ITS REALLY ABOUT THE AGE OF THE FEMALE.

But I'm pretty sure something like this would cost hundreds of millions of dollars worth of research and experimentation if not billions, and the governments of the world would likely have gotten wind of it way before I had created the "final product" and have my ass killed and/or locked up at a black site and then kill the project. So for now it forever remains just a crazy dream that will never be, in the back of my head.
The funny part about this to me is HOW FEASIBLE IT ACTUALLY IS. It was so surreal, to be sitting there thinking - "I wish I could make this happen, but how could I make it affect ONLY WOMEN" and boom a few google searches and there's literally a fucking choromosomal condition that affects ONLY WOMEN and yields exactly the damn results I wanted, it literally makes women into lolis.
