You wouldn’t get away with it but that wouldn’t be the purpose, you could rent a van, get the windows tinted, and it’s as simple as finding a discrete enough location to find a foid walking alone with very few people to bear witness, then you snatch her up and throw in the back of the van and drive somewhere secretive to have your fun.
