I don't know about you guys but your generic educational system is a gigantic cluster fuck that doesn't get people ready for the real world. It mostly is just a thing you need to have in you CV, a useless letter of recommendation....

Anyhow what should an ideal educational system entail in your perspective?

I personally find that the educational system is waaaay too ideological, therefore there would need to be some sort of institutional mandatory objectivism. All ideological talk should be banned in schools, rightist, leftist, ancaps, commies everything must go.
Then I'd also implement a less theoretical system for anyone not wanting to go into research. All engineering jobs just require an apprenticeship.
Also I'd obviously segregate schools and collage based on gender. You are not there to fuck, you are there to learn.

The problem with education is that it takes a long time to get it. Where I live, you must first graduate from 11 years of school, then 4-5 years of university.

Yup, they should also shorten the time needed to get the degree, primary school also shouldn't be a thing. I have lost out on so many life experiences because of school and I am probably not the only one.

In order to simply enter the labor market, you need to spend 11 years at school, then 5 years at the university, just to get out with a bachelor's degree. This is a huge waste of time, although I am sure that in 3 years it is really possible to teach everything, if only we are talking about some lawyers, economists, teachers.

I am convinced that the reason why any mathematics after simple multiplication and division (4th grade stuff) is even taught is to distract our youth from being led astray from society's retarded expectations that everyone should do useless work that only pleases their superiors.
