Say incels did take over a country with 50/50 male/female ratio. All the males are former incels. How would you stop it from becoming just the same as we have now with the better looking incels getting all the poon?

It seems to me that it would have to involve arranged marriages and enforced monogamy. So no one misses out. The families would have to be in charge of the arranged marriages. Would you let people refuse to get married? How would you force them to? Could this work or would it be a worse hell than we have now?
