My former employer still owes me 12.500 Euros of salary. The court ruled that he has to pay me. However, he is using a simple trick to avoid paying: Every three months he moves to a different place. Since every attempt to deliver the court decision to him takes about half a year they never get him. He started doing this with every one of his business partners. I.e. he is renting cars. Then doesn't pay and moves every three months to prevent the state from seizing money from him.
I am beginning to think that what he is doing is a solid business idea. Buy all type of stuff for your business. This will increase your revenue as you can work with the stuff you bought. Now your bank rating increases. Buy more stuff. Keep doing this until the banks figure out something is wrong. Then keep moving around. They will not be able to get you. Make sure to hide as much money as possible in a foreign country. Then once you have like a million put aside on the Cayman islands file for bankrupcy in your home land. Then after three or four years when the process is through move to a foreign country and enjoy your million bucks. Nobody is going to come for you.
Seeing how he is getting away with it I seriously start to believe that this might be a good idea and that I might in fact be able to steal a million this way without going to jail.
