According to Google, "In fiscal year 2024, the US federal government spent $1.5 trillion on Social Security and $1.1 trillion on Medicare." And "Commercial surrogacy in the USA typically costs between $100,000 and $200,000." 2.6 trillion divided by 100,000 is 26 million. If we divide by 200,000 it's 13 million. We can even pay extra, 300,000, and it's 8,666,666.67. And that's just one year alone. This would clearly boost the birth rate. The population would grow in one year alone. As Ben Shapiro seems to say, there shouldn't be Social Security and Medicare. I do think there should be the taxes though for natalist reasons. I do think he seems mistaken that he doesn't understand that those who receive Social Security were taxed for it. They paid for their benefits. I already proposed this idea in another post, but I like repeating myself. This time I did the math.
According to Google, "In 2020, the US adult population (18 years and older) was approximately 258.3 million." Now, 8.667 million divided by 258.3 is just 0.03. So only 3% of adults will get a child. 5% if it's 13 million. 10% if it's 26 million. But many are a couple, so many may share a child. Also not everyone wants a child or they've already had as much as they want, so it's more than 3%. If it's 10% every adult can have his own child just within 10 years. Everyone who wants a child should be able to get one.
According to Google, "In the 2024 fiscal year, the U.S. federal government collected approximately $4.9 trillion in revenue, according to the U.S. Treasury Fiscal Data." 4.9 trillion divided by 100,000 is 49 million. Divide that by 258.3 million is 0.1897. 4.9 trillion divided by 200,000 is 24.5 million. Divide that by 258.3 million is 0.0949. 4.9 trillion divided by 300,000 is 16.33 million. Divide that by 258.3 million is 0.0632.
Of course, not all government services should be completely defunded. There should be a bit of police and military. But 4.9 trillion will be a close number especially if we raise taxes a little.
Also commercial surrogacy is cheaper abroad like 50,000. So if we use foreign surrogates, even more White babies can be created. And of course, only White babies should be created. With IVF, even non-White surrogates can make fully White babies.
We can also increase taxes by a lot. The average American is wasting a lot of money, $18k a year, anyways. If these ideas become policy, the US would be the first pro-natalist country. Nothing matters more than the birth rate.
