Obviously not why faggots do it.
No, you can also do it for the health benefits. Being attractive is just most commonly the highest-priority motivation.
You're very prone to all-or-nothing thinking OP.
If foids go to gym for reasons other than it being necessary to finding a partner than we can do.
Incels are men too, so you just disproved yourself.
Could you rephrase that?
The way you worded it makes it sound like "don't go to the gym, it won't help you get girls"
But based on your earlier writing I'm assuming you meant something like "I don't go to the gym to get girls" is what the normy would say.
Not all power-lifting is a bunch of board-pressing squat suit knee wrap BS. The basic concept is just trying to lift heavy for low reps instead of light for many.
I do this cope BS reasoning too, but I am not (and I bet you aren't either) doing other more logical shit to complement weightlifting such as hitting a bag, sparring, learning to use weapons, running, etc. All of these would be important in actual combat, not just squatting or deadlifting or whatever.
We really should be drilling basic shit like how to trip a guy and throw him on the ground to actually prep for real fights though. Pushups aren't enough. Someone with less muscle who actually thinks about this shit is probably more mentally prepared to win a fight compared to a passive muss guy who doesn't think about it like me.
Strength IS health. You're going to get some circulation and glycogen regulation benefits out of muss.
Obviously if you have 50 pounds of unnecessary fat on your body you'd be better off losing that then gaining 10 lbs of muscle, obviously.
Running can be very important in many situations but that doesn't make it the only marker of success.
Some marathon faggot could play basketball much more easily than me, but I could still be more capable of climbing up a wall or winning a close-quarters fight against him. Open-quarters he can just run away and then snipe me with a rifle though, so I'm fucked in that regard unless I have a bulletproof shield.
You must be thin. I'm already a fatcel, so I don't need many extra calories (my body already has that stored) I just need to make sure to get decent protein amounts needed for repair and hypertrophy.
Probably not the huge amounts that whey companies say either, just slightly more. Few people train hard enough to put massive excess protein to work. High dose could just be pissing money away as body converts it to glucose.
Back when I used to attend a gym (it was a waste of money, would not recommend it) I didn't socialize with anyone and tried to avoid contact with foids. I just OCD put the dumbbells in order and would try to find machines nobody was interested in.
Now I just work out at home and am trying to work myself up to take advantage of "free sample" sessions at gyms to try out machines that do moves I have trouble comfortably emulating at home like seated row / rear delt fly (pain on lower back to do with DBs/BBs)
Depends on what exercise and your baseline before doing it.
I disagree, but I have a broad idea of sport which includes ballet / figureskating / gymnastics / WWE (and other "pro wrestling") which you might not agree with because of the lack of direct competition.
To me, indirect competition is still competition.
Decided by judges instead of by referees is still competition. UFC actually has both.
