Not true for me. I started it because I was sedentary and my legs hurt when I ran, so the only exercise that I could do would be weightlifting. I have always been the weakest guy, the last chosen in phys Ed, then I saw that I could really get strong by doing compounds. It was good for me because I was exercise intolerant, went to doctor and he diagnosed me with a serious genetic condition that would kill me silently through organ failure some years from now.

I do it to feel strong and mog normies also, but no for girls.

Lifting for looks I would do some of those shit routines gym Bros do and wouldn't waste time and money reading a lot about strength etc.
 
I don't do it for health reasons or foids, being muscular just helps me feel slightly less pathetic about being a lowly sand nigger.

I was an out of shape fuck for a looooong time, I did look good but I had to work on cardio for a while before I became "in shape"

I started at 17, because i saw it as the only way to work my way to a girl. Well that obviously failed, but after 10 years of lifting, my body and strength mogs 90% of normies. I also received some compliments by a handfull of foids over my Body. Will do it till I die, because the feeling Iam getting while and after exercise can just be described as massive cope. Also reminds me of the time when I had some genuine hope in me.

We really should be drilling basic shit like how to trip a guy and throw him on the ground to actually prep for real fights though. Pushups aren't enough. Back when I used to attend a gym (it was a waste of money, would not recommend it) I didn't socialize with anyone and tried to avoid contact with foids. I just OCD put the dumbbells in order and would try to find machines nobody was interested in.

Now I just work out at home and am trying to work myself up to take advantage of "free sample" sessions at gyms to try out machines that do moves I have trouble comfortably emulating at home like seated row / rear delt fly (pain on lower back to do with DBs/BBs)

No prob with hitting the gym, it just seems like it costs too much compared to my limited wealth. It can be a fine expense for those with more money.

The membership lasted a year and I went a couple times a week, but didn't really enjoy major benefits because I didn't have an organized program. I was burnt out and tired from studying a program I wasn't passionate about and jjust went there afterward on way home.

How much did the memebrship cost?
I think around 400 dollars for the year, and this was more than 10 years ago. It was bullshit.

Nowadays it looks like I could get a year membership for under 200 at a discount place so I'm more open to trying it, but I've also gotten more frugal.

I know I'm more antisocial than ever so I still think I should just try to go monthly taking advantage of 'free day' and just work out at home.

Only reason I would get it is free showers if I had to live in a place without showers, but the cheapest place only has foid showers so I'd need to go tranny or else pay more for a different location.
