City builders are where it's at. They're the best they've ever been. Games like Cities Skylines, Rimworld, Ostriv, Workers and Resources, Planetbase, Surviving Mars, etc... I could play them all day, if I didn't have a life that is. This games have more detail, mechanics, and complex economics than anything that existed even 10 years ago.

Here are my thoughs on the disgrace SH2 demake and basically all the shitty fucking demakes the modern piece of shit developers that are churned out in "Videogame University" makes with zero respect for the classics and zero passion beyond a paycheck and a way to make a political statement.

The moment it didn't have fixed camera it lost any semblance of a genuine attempt at a SH2 remake, all 4 silent hill games have excellent framing and cinematography alongside handmodeled animations for the faces and characters movement, this isn't SH2 it's a SH2 inspired creation made in RE:Engine by a completely different team, let me repaint rembrandt and put it in lieu of his paintings call it "The man with the golden helmet remake" and make sure no one can view the originals like Konami has made sure the original games have no competent port on modern consoles or pc.

They simply know the generation that are nostalgic for SH have buying power now alongside the ability to bring a new crowd in, made with 0 passion as expected.
