Food tastes terrible. Being on the Internet all day makes me depressed. I have no will to play video games. Sleeping too much gives me migraines and makes me more depressed. All I have left now is trying to work up some amount of dopamine through excersise. I'm not working so I can't even afford a gym membership but I guess I'll just start jogging and do pushups in a park. Wish me luck that I don't finally just say fuck it and end it

Exercising has definitely worked for me with regard to mood, I hope it does the same for you. Good luck bro, I hope you don't end it.

exercise is a fun cope.
 
Exercise is a good cope that never runs dry like a lot of the others, run frequently and set up records to beat, give yourself an internal challenge that only you know about, nothing much more to it, it's not a solution to the whole picture but it eases the situation
 
I am gymaxxed. It's no better, believe me.
But i have a life changing solution that will solve all of your problems it's called ropemaxx, i will probably try it tomorrow.

Yeah, plus get some nice earbuds and run with music; your playlists will grow alongside your progress. Also make sure to get good running shoes: they're not cheap but a lot cheaper than gym memberships.

Running is all you need to dramatically improve your mood, no gym equipment needed. Good luck.
