I've been reading the Old Testament and there are so many escorts, it makes it seem like a fairly normal thing that men have done throughout the ages. Prostitution has always been popular, its one of the oldest jobs you can find. They even had them in ancient times. The most human job you can find is prostitution. I'm pretty sure its been practiced in some form in all parts of the world. Even animals have prostitution. Some apes (I forget which ones sorry) are known to trade sex for food and vice versa.
