I have a brother who is older to me by 4 years and he is a trucel like me because we look very alike .The reason I know that is because he has never been in any relationship as long as I have known

Yet even though he is an incel like me he seems to be generally a very motivated person.Like one of those rare people who seem to be very driven and have a very disciplined schedule

Like he wakes up at 7 everyday, Has his room very clean throughout the day, reads books, , great gpa.

He does research after college and got his name published on many papers in undergrad and in masters and is currently going to phd in a top 10(ivy league) phd program which is extremely funded. This has been very suifuel for me because he has become the golden child that everyone compares to in extended family

Like this nigga literally reads books and hardly scrolls phones and reads novels. He also goes to gym everyday and has also been rock climbing recently (he picked up surfing in summer too) like u get the point

And if u think the obvious answer is just to go n ask him well I have done that multiple times and this nigger just shrugs his shoulders and says "I just do" whatever that means

Do u think that he is this motivated even after his inceldom because he is bluepilled unlike me?

like where do these people tap in so much energy towards lyf from??????

Probably bluepill cuck beyond me how people can be so blind

You don’t need motivation, you need good habits.

I have been training for years and I have read more than 350 books and look where I am commenting...

Sometimes discipline does not depend on your mood, but on the ability to force yourself to face pain.

You have to get used to the pain of being disciplined and know that over time you will become more resistant to it.

Your brother probably acquired habits at an early age, it is never too late to acquire them yourself.

1984
Brave New World
Mein Kampf
Das Capital

The Republic of
Plato

The Wealth of Nations

Industrial Society and its Future

Books by Perennialists like Evola or Guenon

In any case, if you don't have the habit of reading, start with something that really interests you, don't start reading very complicated or classic books to complete a list of books to read.

It's really as simple as just do shit.

I walk and jog 4+ miles per day, play tennis in warm weather, etc... for no reason. Everyone hates me.

Its because his dopamine baseline is higher. After all dopamine is responsible for motivation and drive

Pick up good habits like regular exercise. Its proven by studies to increase dopamine production. Also meditation increases endogenous dopamine production too.

After you have picked up good habits, start dropping bad habits off. If you drink a lot of coffee, start drinking less. If you smoke, quit. If you watch a lot of porn, stop watching and masturbate less often.

The point being that extremely stimulating things make your dopamine receptors less dense, thus decreasing the "available" dopamine your brains can use, thus lowering your motivation to do anything that requires more effort than opening a porn site or lighting up a cigarette.

Yes, we get addicted to unnatural stimuli. If you can feel entertained by the dopamine flow you get constantly, then why bother doing anything else?

But the thing is, the process of eliminating an actual addiction can be painless. But it starts with implementing good habits in your life. Exercise being the most important one. You don't need to even reduce your screen time, just go jogging daily for 10 minutes, then 20 minutes when you feel like you can. Your brain rewires slowly and eventually you'll feel less cravings.

You'll give up your addiction, when your brain is finally ready.
