Yes, I know 2 people like this who are considered above-average/attractive. They simply have no desire and I’ve seen people ask them out. One is a generic good-looking guy and the other is an above average woman. Most of his guy friends who know him joke about how he gets all the girls (attention) wearing jeans and a t-shirt while they get ignored in nice suits. A few of them have gotten girlfriends just from the sheer volume of women who are attracted to him and they end up being the default.
