Which is obviously not the case, since i've looked into what led to him doing such a thing, where he gives testimony to how foids relentlessly bullied him, mistreated him and he was seen as less than a human by them.
Even a foid going as far to get into physical confrontations with luke, whereas he was seen as a courtjester and disliked by most in his city.
Our observations, beliefs etc are those which stemmed from our life experiences with foids.
Subsequently many of us may become bitter and full of hatred towards those who've wronged us.
