well, women's first priority in any society ought to be towards their family, but yes I agree that women should work in an ideal society, but this is not the ideal society. IF (and that's a big if lol) I somehow manage to get a family I'd much rather my wife look after my children then some random stranger. Now ideally the whole family would work together, as a unit.
