It seems like no movie producer could capture the true life of a loser.

Those so-called "losers" portrayed in animes/movies and serials are always the opposite of losers.

They are often high IQ and do something with their lives.

Almost 100% of those fictional losers have had a relationship prior their downfall too.

I had a good chuckle when I was reading the TVTropes page of Stephen King's IT, the book where the main characters (who basically all grow up to be successful) literally call themselves the "Losers' Club", and on the characters page, there's one character mentioned who was apparently too uninteresting even for the supernatural monster terrorizing the children of their town, who grew up to be an alcoholic cleaning the local tavern for free beer.

Like bruh, that's an actual loser I can self-insert into.

Most of the "losers" you see in movies and TV shows are inspired by the adolescence of normies. They are based off of the life experiences of people who have otherwise lived normal lives. These writers might have experienced teenage angst, but they ultimately managed to date and meet all of their social milestones. Their hardships don't even compare to that of involuntary celibates. They will never understand our tortured existence. They effectively live in a different plane of existence to us.
