In the movie The Lobster (2016), Directed by Yorgos Lanthimos, takes place in a UK dystopia where being single is illegal. Loners are literally hunted or they are arrested and sent to fancy hotels to hunt loners and get a mate. But should the hotel guest fail to find a mate in 30 days, he/she is to be turned into an animal. Thus, the protagonist choses that should he fail, to be a lobster, hence the name of the movie.
I'm making this thread to see what you guys think. More importantly, could we see anti-loner regulation? In what countries and how would these laws work? How would such laws effect you? What should society do to make life better for loners?
