Chatting with ChatGPT, I got it to inadvertently admit that the key factors in making a population more stupid in order to control them are:
misinformation, propaganda, and censorship
This sounds like water is wet, but this is also one of these gems of elegant wisdom so simple it's a bit overlooked in plain sight. Although obviously some people are genetically smarter than others, there's only so much you can do to literally make them dumber, but a good starting point would be to simply crack at their foundations of basic knowledge and facts.
Misinformation
Misinformation starts with bad data. When people criticize LLMs for example, what they are really criticizing, is the poorly flagged data from which it obtained said information. There are even billion dollar companies like ScaleAI that are nothing but pajeetfarms used to flag whether data is right or wrong.
When it comes to misinformation, a lot of people don't care to think things though, because using brainpower takes up calories they need to get fatter. So if you are gonna misinform someone for no other reason than to make them even dumber than they already are now, look for someone fat and lazy, because they will be more gullible than a wiry fuck on average. This is why the jews want people dumb, fat, and unhealthy. Anyway, as long as you seem trustworthy, you can feed lazy people shit information that will allow them to say things that aren't facts. I mean its a little innocuous. It's annoying as fuck to fact check everything and examine everything for the truth to an excruciating level of detail. But the idea is to accustom dumb people to be comfortable with not having to exercise executive function or intellectual agency. You want to stupid people around you to COAST, like they are all gonna float on a tube on an infinity pool sippin' maitais. To some extent they want this, WE all want this, so we don't have to deal with the consequences of being wrong on a personal and individual level.
This is especially true for women and why they need a dominant male piece of shit-- a liar & conman is alpha because they are highly skilled at creating the illusion of floating on an infinity pool sippin' maitais, versus some neurotic fuck constantly second guessing himself, even though he's honest. It is also important to misinform confidently in order to come across as being more authentic, raw, and trustworthy. The truth is always negotiable so long as you make it socially inconvenient to know certain facts.

And like I said earlier, they will WANT to believe the blatant disinformation, simply because it makes them feel good, like they belong because they are ignorant just like their friends. Again, this is why abused women LOVE a DOMINANT ALPHA PIECE OF SHIT-- women don't like agency, because it's hard, and they are too stupid to admit this.
While there are many techniques of propaganda, the most effective form of propaganda is consistency and pure exposure. It doesn't feel like propaganda if it's so normalized in the day-to-day, it makes you feel like you're coasting on an infinity pool sippin' maitais. AI is the perfect medium for propaganda because it can generate propaganda infinitely.
But even misinformation and propaganda can only get you so far if an interloper damages everything about your ecosystem of stupidity and control. This is why even in environments of free speech, it will be total chaos with no vision unless there's some level of censorship.

So to some extent keeping a population, stupid, controlled, and harmonious to the mission is neccessary, but even more neccessary if you are a jew. I think jews have always been good at all three, but lately, they've dropped the ball on the propaganda game with tech platforms beating hollywood and the media. It also possible to so good at one of these, like censorship-- that it draws attention to itself, and you shoot yourself in the foot.
