An incel genocide? What a fascinating idea.
Imagine being able to round up all of the radically undesirable, the unlovable, lost and left behind and commend them all to the flame. What an amazing thing it would be to reduce all of the ugliness cursing our species to dust. Not a single member of the subsequent generations would drink himself delirious each night, hoping to numb himself just long enough to sink into a dreamless sleep. Extinguishing some mythical "incel strain", a tiny, albeit repulsive stain, upon our collective soul, wouldn't be some grand panacea. People would still grow sick, succumb to disease, age, and eventually die. Human beings would still suffer but, at the very least, they would suffer as human beings were meant to. Though we wouldn't find ourselves elevated to the status of gods, at the very least not a single one of us would be born a monster.
Now, we monsters would resist such a genocide. Survival instinct is a taskmaster wielding a very fierce scourge. However, in our quietest moments each one of us ghouls would acknowledge that if our death meant an end to the hideousness we all serve as incarnations of, it would ultimately be for the greatest good. The Christians believe the sacrifice of a perfect god was necessary to purchase salvation; how much more convenient would it be if humanity could be ransomed through the sacrifice of a grotesque demon or, in this case, a legion of them.
Of course, such a scenario is the most ludicrous of fantasies. Ugliness has always been and will always be. Mankind can employ every bit of its cunning and cruelty in an attempt to remold itself into a race of angels, but Mother Nature doesn't care in the slightest about the aspirations of Her children. Our wicked Mother needs freaks to populate Her grand sideshow, after all. Regardless of how sophisticated our cold cosmetic tools become, Her organic machines capable of inflicting deformity will always be more ingenious.
We disgusting abominations will exist as long as actual human beings do, just as assuredly as a man will be followed by his shadow as long as he walks beneath the sun.
