I think this thing isn't talked about much here. Some modern people, mostly noticable techbros (I'm ashamed to be a software developer sometimes), seeks to increase the so called "efficiency" of their lives, by using a minmaxxed, stat dumping approach towards life.

The whole mentality behind Soylent, is the so called "hacking food"; the idea that no matter how devoid of uniqueness or personality the food has, as long it is supposedly better than real food, then all good.

Another example of the "Soylent" is the gymslop diet, which consists of chicken breasts (less depressing than Soylent but still)

I don't know if there is a word for this phenomenon

chicken, broccoli, and rice.
I've known 2 people like this, avid gym goers who want six pack abs. It just feels like its redpill cope that they've been duped into.

Min/Maxxing is probably the best term. Of the 2 guys I knew, one would measure out their food to exactly 200g or 300g for lunch with a scale.

Just as I thought :feelsjuice:

Ironically that redditors always talk about being normal and shit.
