The problem is that the vast majority of oppressed people are too cowardly to take action. That's a major reason for why they're oppressed in the first place. Hypothetically speaking, imagine if every single basement dweller went on a quality rampage and got 20+ kills. More than 10% of the population would likely get wiped out, and that would be a massive dent if done in a short span of time. The thing is that so many people are cowards waiting for other people to do the work for them when reality doesn't work that way.
I condemn violence for the record. This is nothing more than a ridiculous fantasy and hypothetical scenario that will almost certainly never happen for the exact reason I described: People talk tough and edgy on the internet but are often fucking pathetic cowards in real life.
