It's Over The grab app rejected my face

Today I wanted to set up a Grab account so I can order Tuk Tuks but I got stuck at the face verification step, you have to scan your face with the camera.
I tried for 5 minutes, and NOTHING, I did move my head up and down, it simply would not recognise it.
The receptionist at the hotel tried, his face got recognised within 5 seconds.
The app clearly discriminates ugly faced people like me.
