The government should ban pets to increase the birthrate

Many sexhavers today use pets as substitute children, banning them would surely make the birthrate go up a lot. How has no government thought of this yet?

I always think the same thing. They should make up some excuse like dogs and cats are spreading diseases and then remove them from cities. Foids always use them as child substitutes. It's so stupid.
