They’d always sit in the back of the class on their phones, talking and laughing loudly. Doing dances, etc.
Sure the teacher would yell at them from time to time but nothing really changed. I doubt it was favoritism, more like the teachers just saw them as a lost cause.
Why try with future food stamp and section 8 recipients. They have no future anyways so they don’t need to retain anything from the classes, most of which is useless in everyday life anyways and can be learned online with ease.
