Almost all of these claims, about rapists getting away with it, are false.
Forensic evidence is so good these days that they always find some DNA, hair, fingerprints, video footage, witnesses, etc.
The only times that they find no forensic evidence is when no rape actually occurred.
Or when the accusation is about something from years ago.
Then, you have the police coming first.
The police will arrest a man for rape solely because the foid said so.
Then come the prosecutors.
They are more than willing to prosecute a rape even if it is just an accusation without evidence.
That is because they know a jury will convict the man even without any evidence.
Then come the jury.
Like I already said, they will find the man guilty 99.9% of the time…….even if it is just the foids word against his word.
Then, if they can throw in some forensic evidence to back up her accusations?
It is almost 100% that they will find him guilty.
And if they just never find her rapist to begin with?
The rape probably never happened.
Cameras everywhere, police sketch artists, fingerprint databases, news coverage, etc.?
They can’t find the guy because they are looking for a guy that does not exist.
