In the original books all witchers including geralt are horrifically ugly. that's the point, they are ugly like demons and that is why people hate them, even thought they are good and do good, people judge them by their appearance. witcher 1 has the best witcher face-wise

although to be fair, books that describe him as ugly don't necessarily mean he's a sub5 subhuman from .is, could be just his pale skin, cat like eyes, scars, unkempt beard etc that put people off.

i finished Witcher 3 couple of months ago I've done pretty much all the quests and the undiscovered locations also dlcs as well the game was easy as fuck once i realized how op aard was built geralt around that skill then i made a potion that regenerated my stamina instantly after that it was just spamming aard 24/7, the story wasn't anything crazy I've only had sex twice in the game the first one is in the beginning which you can't do anything about and the second one was with syanna, i probably won't ever reply it since it took me 2 months to finish everything but all around decent game I'll give it a 5/10
