I think its more that whites are attractive because they are distinct, they can have multiple eye and hair colours, they are a very distinctive race, whereas all the other races just have what they have with little variation (Black or Brown Eyes and Hair)

In addition to this, sexual selection was very strong in white people throughout the history that helped in making their faces better than other races. That's why difference between white male and white female in facial dimorphism is more pronounced than other races.
